Unknown, It was probably made about 1905-1910.

A very good quality, gold-filled filigree eyedropper fill, over black hard rubber. The filigree is embellished with very well done hand engraving. There is little if any brassing,no dings, and the hard rubber is crisp and black. The nib is marked "Warranted 14K 2", and sits on it's original spoon feed. There is no engraving in the indicia.
